the eldest son (by minutes) to a pair of noble elves who gained their status through their skills as fierce warriors for the elphyne domain. they worked alongside the fae courts for years, before settling down in their later centuries and deciding to start a family.

teo was well loved by his parents, and had an upbringing befitting of someone of noble lineage. he was well educated, and well trained in the art of elemental magic, learning how to harness the power of the seasons with the expectation that he would take up the mantle as the next warrior from their family.

he was not, however, one to let his sister have all of the fun while he languished in his studies. they were a troublesome duo of pranks and other youthful mischief, often dreaming of running away and carving their own path in life.

their time would come at the tender age of eighteen, when the plans of their parents became apparent. they were to be wed off to elven families of well repute to ensure their family's ongoing prosperity. stubborn as ever, teo and mireia rejected the path set for them with varying degrees of success. the resulting dissipation of their family and perceived slights against their domain left mireia cursed and teo's magic chaotically unpredictable. the twins made a blood pact to protect each other, and set out on their own to travel through redania.

in their first year of exploration, they met loch o ruairc and his sister cait, and the group of them became fast friends. teo was enamoured with loch's charisma and idealism, and bolstered with the youthful disdain and arrogance from his noble past, he was glad to join him on his mission of "donating" to the less wealthy. he fell in love with the enigmatic cait, though like all young loves, they eventually ended things when teo wanted to travel with loch and his band of merry men.

he has temporarily settled in redanian england in a cottage in the sickly wilds, enjoying a bit of a return to his more nature based roots. one thing is for certain though: wherever loch goes, teo will (begrugingly) follow.
