under construction but here's the tl;dr: eldest son from cráeb and a guttersnipe from an early age. got himself into every possible pickle that he could fathom, and eventually got quite capable at getting himself out of them again. charming, clever and with a strong sense of right and wrong, loch went quickly from a spoiled brat to understanding the privilige he'd been born into and wanting to do more to equalize what he felt was an unfair advantage. petty theft came first and then so did larger, more extravagent plans and more high-level targets, until he rapidly established himself as a notorious thief who, to everybody's surprise, didn't keep his spoils.

loch's focus has always been to take from those who have too much and to redistribute it to those who have nothing, while attempting to avoid capture by authorities who would love to see him behind bars. his identity is unknown to anyone but his most trusted allies, and his charity from richer to poorer acts as another means of redistributing wealth—and finding new targets. since he's got very little of his own money to live on (having given it all away at this point), loch makes ends meet by teaching archery lessons and picking up odd jobs here and there. and borrowing from the rich, of course.

suffers from a cute but annoying curse of shifting into a fox every night at midnight until dawn. can, at times, shift on his own steam, but he's not managed to figure out how or why.

is a fairly mid-level magic user and relies purely on charm and cleverness to get himself out of tight situations. when magic is needed, his focus lies in illusion and tbd.

what he lacks in magical ability he more than makes up for in archery skills; a very good shot, and not a terrible teacher!
