Clementina Woods Purchases New Home in Madrid
Past residents of the exclusive neighborhood include Salma Hayek, Javier Bardem, and Cristiano Ronaldo
Just weeks after it was reported that multiple celebrities had been targeted and burglarized by a group widely referred to as the "Bling Ring", Clementina Woods has purchased a new home in Madrid. The most recent addition to the actress' real estate portfolio (which also includes a home in L.A.'s Laurel Canyon neighborhood and Lisbon, Portugal) cost her $3.1 million, according to Variety.
Built in 2011, the 8,072-square-foot home is nestled inside an exclusive, gated community (offering 24-hour security) in the Pozuelo De Alarcón region of Madrid and boasts four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms spread out across three floors. Accessed through the ground floor, the lobby features high ceilings and feeds into a living area, which leads on to a guest bathroom, an office, and another sitting area with direct access to the porch. The back of the house features both a main dining room and more casual dining nook, and a sprawling kitchen that is designed around a marble waterfall island.
The first floor features the main suite with a stunning double dressing room and a full bathroom with a waterfall shower and deep-soaking tub, as well as access to a private balcony. The second bedroom also boasts a dressing room, en suite bathroom, and its own balcony; the third bedroom plays host to an en suite bathroom and a small office. The fourth bedroom was reportedly recently made into a media and entertainment room by the previous owners.
The basement features an indoor heated pool with an attached dressing room and bathroom, as well as a lounge area with a full wet bar. Other amenities include a four car garage, temperature controlled wine closet, and a sauna.
The property is also home to an extensive garden, meticulously kept up with a wide variety of plants and a stone pond. A porch out back which includes a built-in barbecue and bar round out the property.
